As a successful real estate broker in Cambridge since the 1980’s, Jan has developed a strong network of clients who value her high professional standards. Her experience covers a wide range of properties, from modest condominiums to architecturally significant residences. Her respect and appreciation for the unique needs and priorities of each buyer and seller have earned her the loyalty of her clients, resulting in a strong referral-based business.
Jan has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard University. She serves on the Hospice of Cambridge Development Committee, is a Board member of the Eugene Kinasewich Fund which supports a group of Ukrainian students in this country, and is past President of The Cambridge Club, a distinguished group of people all of whom have a history of volunteer work in Cambridge.
After spending 10 years working on multi-million-dollar market research and advertising campaigns for fortune 500 companies, Meriah took her marketing expertise and merged it with her passion for real estate. As the daughter of a residential real estate developer and contractor, she spent many weekends as a child at various job sites watching roads being paved, homes being built and families moving in. Growing up around the industry, she understands what it takes to build a quality home and uses that knowledge when advising her clients.
Her strong work ethic and down-to-earth personality, coupled with her marketing experience and real estate development background, clients feel she’s a major asset to their buying or selling teams. Arturo is thrilled to be joining the Kendall Green Luce team. He has been a resident of Boston for the last 15 years and has spent the last 13 years in the Sports Management Industry. Arturo has a people-centered approach with strong connections to the Boston Metro Community and beyond. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two toddlers, exploring new places, and is a fan of racquet sports, especially tennis.
