Throughout my career one of my specialties has been working with developers to help design the homes that I will be selling. My primary business is always working with buyers and sellers, but it is satisfying to have a development project periodically. Occasionally I work as a developer myself and formed Allerton Homes to facilitate these projects.

New and newly remodeled homes are the hottest category in real estate. I take great pride in the relationships I have built with builders, and in knowing what buyers are looking for in a new home. The advantage for builders and developers working with a realtor like me, is that they can avoid costly mistakes by misreading the market. With the tremendous buyer demand today, the opportunity is great for developers and builders, and I am here to help.

72-74 Holworthy Street

Stunning gut-renovation of a Mansard Greek Revival home, and the addition of a new construction contemporary home behind the first home. Complete with chef’s kitchens, 10- and 12-foot ceilings, marble baths in the master suites, cork flooring in the lower levels and an overall superb location. Allerton Homes received the 2019 Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historical Commission for our project at 74 Holworthy Street. It is an honor to be receiving this award, preserving Cambridge is what we strive for.

High-end gut renovation of a multi-family home into a trio of three-bedroom condominiums, offering open living/dining, master suites, gleaming hardwood floors, and gourmet kitchens.

The restoration of an 1867 Italianate Mansard style house turned into two condominiums, a Greek Revival period building into three condominiums, and the addition of five new construction townhomes to complete The Village at Broadway.

Gut rehab of a two-family home and conversion to a single family. Open concept living on the first floor with a cooks’ kitchen, finished lower level, and four bedrooms with a master suite.

A brilliant renovation of an 1845 Greek Revival 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom single family. Paying much respect for the 1800’s provenance the renovation created great light and open space for a highly functioning contemporary living set up.
